Land Rover 109" Series 1 1956 very original - for restoration - SOLD
For sale: Landrover 109" Series 1 Pick-up year 1956, LHD, 2ltr petrol. This is an early 109" delivered in RAF blue and with "de-luxe" interior. The car is a restoration project; very nice base to restore or put back on the road with nice patina. The previous owner bought the Landrover in 1963 and used it as a service car for his garage/gas station/carwash in Nykarleby - Finland. Eventually the car was put aside when the business was sold and it has probably stood for 35-40 years! It is very complete; with Smith heater; windscreen demisters; the original oil pressure/temperature gauge; original door trim; roof lining; Lucas wiper motors; optional direction indicators; tunnel trim; hoodsticks for ¾ hood etc. Inside is also still in first paint.
